We are selling this huge stone countryhouse completely renovated in 1995. It is located in a quiet area but not isolated, only 3kms (1.86mile) from Marsciano and free highway E45. The countryhouse is located with easy access with 100 meters (0.06mile) of an unpaved road in good condition.
