The recommended exit on the free highway E45 is San Martino in Campo, then follow signs stating south direction towards Marsciano along the provincial road #375, called 'the Marscianese'. Never leave it, drive for 7.45 miles and you will easily arrive.
After passing the small village of "Papiano Stazione" and just before entering in Marsciano, you will see the signpost on the road "12 km", here turn right on the unpaved road. 100 meters (0.06 mile) and you will arrive at the Country House. You can see it from the provincial road.
